Not only that, but CP+B also created a microsite that is dedicated to teaching its staff and the public how to play the guitar. The microsite features video lessons, chord diagrams, and a tuner.

I think this is cool for many reasons. First of all, I recently realized my own passion for playing the guitar. My wife purchased a guitar for me about 3 years ago for my birthday and I have loved playing ever since. Another reason is that I believe music is a wonderful creative outlet and I believe its a hobby that can help stimulate creativity in other areas. Lastly, it’s just flat out cool that a company would recognize its employees, especially when many families are facing tough times.
