I’ve been sporadically blogging for a few years from my old website, RhynoDesign.com. For several years, RhynoDesign.com has been my personal web presence. It has served as my portfolio site, a testing ground, a place for learning, as well as a place to market myself as a freelance web site and graphic designer. Well a few months ago, I came to the conclusion that Rhyno Design, while catchy (…to some…maybe…), was not quite the brand name for me or my future business aspirations. So, I made the decision to focus my efforts on a few new projects instead.
So, I decided to setup RyanBickett.com as my personal site. The goal of this website is really not to have a goal. First and foremost, RyanBickett.com will serve as my personal notebook. I have set it up as a blog so that I can use it to explore my thoughts and ideas as well as communicate with others who share similar interests to my own. It will also serve as a design and coding playground to help me improve my skills and continually learn.
While the content is lacking now, I do plan to post regularily to this site and hope that it can one day become a resource to others who share my career and personal interests.
