Privacy Policy

Ryan Bickett runs ryanbickett.com through Eminence Media LLC. This policy explains what information I collect on this site, how I use it and the choices you have. I keep it simple and collect only what I need.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email, company, website and message.
• Newsletter: your first name and email address.
• Strategy Session checkout: your name, email, company and notes. Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
• Site analytics: basic, anonymous information about visits, like pages viewed and the type of device, collected with Google Analytics.
• Spam protection: forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending them.

How I use it

• To reply to you and provide the services you ask for.
• To send the newsletter, only if you sign up.
• To process payments and keep business records.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Who I share it with

I don’t sell your information. I share it only with the services that help me run this site and my business, such as my web host, Stripe for payments, Kit for the newsletter, Google Analytics, Cloudflare and my email provider. Each has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

• Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
• You can ask me to see, correct or delete your information by emailing ryan@ryanbickett.com.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long I keep it

I keep form messages and business records only as long as I need them for the work and for tax and legal reasons.
